Izere Property Brothers, a youth-driven construction and skills development program, proposes a community service project in Rwamagana District, Eastern Province, Rwanda, to renovate and modernize the home of Mrs. Jiraneza Jeanet, a 58-year-old widow, mother of five, and grandmother of three.
Since the loss of her husband in 1995, Mrs. Jeanet has sustained her family through a lifetime of small-scale work, from housemaid to market vendor and salon assistant, always guided by faith and integrity. Despite her resilience, her home, a two-bedroom mud-brick structure, has deteriorated due to age, termite damage, and limited maintenance.
Through a partnership between Izere Property Brothers and Narrow Road Ministries, this initiative aims to restore h dignity by renovating her home and constructing a new private toilet and shower block, designed for accessiberility and long-term usability.
